At this time of year, clients whose houses are listed for sale ask me if they can decorate for the holidays or if they need to keep the decor neutral...my answer is: Yes! You can decorate. But take it easy. Less is always more when decorating to sell. Keep it simple and keep it non-religious, so as not to offend anyone.
